SQL 2005 Cluster on Windows 2008 R2 - Multiple Instances

having an issue installing a 2nd instance on a 2005 sql cluster running on
win2008 R2. It may be simple since i've never done this on 2008 before.
our environment consists of 2 nodes currently running 1 named instance. all
the shared drives are in the SQL Network Name Group - which is the one
virtual server created.

Login failed for IUSR after IIS reinstallation

I have Windows XP Pro SP3. I had to uninstall and reinstall IIS. The
problem is that now I cannot connect to sql server 2000 from an asp
page using the Internet Guest Account (IUSR) (although I changed
nothing is the sql server settings, where the user ERIC\IUSR_ERIC is
declared as a db_owner in my database). I am receiving this error:

Guide me on Windows 2008 and SQL 2008 clustering - Installation

Hi all,
I am new to Windows and SQL Server clustering.
I want to install Windows 2008 on two servers and have two SQL Server 2008
sp1 clusters. Each instance will be active in its own server but failover to
the other .
I believe in this mechanism, I can use both servers and use high
availability too.

I have a 2-node SQL Server 2008 cluster. S:\ is the shared drive for the SQL

safe to create IIS resources (Generic Script, etc.) in the SQL Cluster
Group?
Thanks!

Help with clustering SQL2K8 SP1 on iSCSI?

I'm seeing some issues on a Two Node cluster (majority + disk). Failover
works GORGEOUSLY. No problems. They go like a volleyball game. But when I
shut one of the nodes down, the node that's gone down won't give up the
reservations to the remaining node. As a result, failover works, but SQL
can't come up on the remaining node because the remaining node can't bring
